TERMS AND CONDITION


How the Process Works:
• We ask for a 50% deposit upfront to eliminate time wasters.
• We have a chat with you over the phone or via email to find out what you want, how you want it to work and how you want your new site to look.
• We then create a one page sample page for you to look at and give feedback on.
• Based on your feedback to continue to edit the one until you are completely happy with it.
• The one page is then turned into a full skeleton site, and your site contents are requested.
• New work requested by the Customer and performed by us after an estimate has been approved is considered a revision or alteration. If the job changes to an extent that largely alters the specifications described in the original estimate, we will submit a revised estimate to you, and a revised additional fee must be agreed to by both parties before further work proceeds.
• The deposit paid to Trinity Mulltimedia Studios covers the cost of design work carried out. It is not possible to refund a deposit once we have sent the first design to the Client. We reserve the right to decide whether a refund is applicable if requested by the Client for any reason. A refund is not guaranteed by us.
• It is the Customer’s responsibility to check proofs carefully for accuracy in all respects, including but not limited to prices, spelling, dimensions and distances. The Company is not liable for errors or omissions.
• Your contents are added to the site, and any final errors corrected.
• Then when you are totally happy with the new site the balance is paid.
• We reserve the right to refuse delivery of work until balance is paid.
• You will be responsible for the content of your pages, including obtaining the legal permission for any work
• You will be held responsible for and accept responsibility for any defamatory, confidential, secret or other proprietary material available via your page(s).
• We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse of the site if you choose to maintain the system yourself. If you misuse the system and you want us to amend the system for you, there is always a charge for this.
• Training can be giving with our approval but it's not free, there is a charge it.
• Domain name registration plus hosting are not included in the price.
• If your web site was disabled for non payment, there will be £120.00 re-connection fee.
• When your account is closed, all files (including web pages, etc.) will be deleted.
• We reserve the right to amend and update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
